These terms govern your use of Vacay Verified and any tools we provide to publish content to your own social accounts. By using the site or connecting an account, you agree to them.

What we do

Vacay Verified publishes travel content reviews, trip ideas, and tips. We also offer tools that help create and publish content to your ownInstagram and TikTok accounts, on your behalf, using each platform's official API.

Your responsibilities

You own, or have the rights to, the content you publish. You agree that your content and your use of the service comply with the community guidelines and terms of Instagram/Meta and TikTok, and with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you choose to post.

Platform compliance

Our tools interact with Instagram and TikTok through their official APIs and are subject to their developer policies. Vacay Verified is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or TikTok. Your relationship with those platforms remains governed by their own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to publish spam, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content, or to violate any platform's automation, rate-limit, or content policies.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful publishing, or any particular reach or result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
